Emerging Leaders' Program (ELP) - (2 days)

This two-day 'combo-program' comprehensively combines theoretical concepts and practical needs of "First-time Managers" by bringing about a change in outlook towards one's tasks in their new role, their team and most importantly identifying leadership qualities that they need to demonstrate to be effective in their role. It would instil in the new managers a sense of accountability for their team member's performance, fulfilling their responsibilities towards the team and the organisation, ability to take decisions and aligning the team to the organisation's goals and vision.
